The R94Lse is meant to be installed as an outdoor tankless water heater.   Using Rinnai’s R94Lse flow rate chart and the above assumptions, we estimate that the R94Lse is also  able to produce approximately 8 GPM during  Summer where the ground temperature is assumed to be a constant 70 F and can produce around 4.5 GPM during the Winter where the ground temperature is assuumed to be 40 F.  This puts the Rinnai R94Lse in the whole house tankless water heater classification.  You’ll be able to take 2 showers and use one common water consuming appliance all at the same time if you reside in climates where the ground water temperature is a steady 70 F or above.  The Rinnai R94Lse,like it’s twin brother,the Rinnai R94Lsi,is a very capable natural gas whole house tankless water heater.
