We sent two  emails via their online contact form with several questions.  A representative had attempted a call back on June 5th,2011 but we were unable to answer the call.  We requested they respond to us via email,and an email reply was received July 7th,2011.  A good response time,considering it was the 4th of July weekend.

We sent another email to ask about details of their technology.  This was responded to on July 7th.
