Ratings:Takagi has the poorest ratings of  all our tankless water heater manufacturers.  We rate them  0 / 5 stars.

We sent an email to takagi@takagi.com with some simple questions.  We have not received a reply as of April 22,2011. This says quite a bit about their customer service commitments.  If I were a real customer,this would be a red flag.

Just to doublecheck the email,we went to takagi’s official website and clicked on CONTACT US and then EMAIL.  The email seems to be correct.  The same email was sent today to see if they have any pulse.  As of May 20,2011,we’ve received no responses to any of our emails..

This is unacceptable.  We may have an incorrect email address,but whatever the reason,their official website should still have updated their email addresses.  As far as email customer service,we can’t recommend Takagi.  We will attempt to call their technical support department at another time.
